By browsing this website or buying a product you agree to these terms. The website is operated by Punit Tomar ("we", "us") and sells under the name Punit Tomar Books.

Products

We sell digital products: downloadable, printable PDF coloring books. A digital purchase is a licence to download and use the file. It is not a physical book and nothing is shipped. Paperback editions are sold separately on Amazon under Amazon's terms.

Prices, offers and payment

• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and include the taxes shown at checkout, if any.
• Promotional prices apply only during the stated offer period. The price charged is the price valid at the moment you start checkout, as determined by our server.
• Payments are processed by PayU on its secure hosted payment page. We do not store your card or bank details.
• An order is confirmed only when PayU confirms to us that the payment succeeded and we have verified that confirmation with PayU directly. Returning to our website from the payment page does not by itself confirm an order.
• If a payment fails, is cancelled or stays pending, no order is fulfilled and no download is made available. If you were debited for a failed or pending payment, do not pay again: contact us with your order number and we will check with PayU and either deliver your file or arrange a refund (banks/PayU usually reverse failed debits automatically).

Delivery

Licence and permitted use

You are buying a licence to use the file, not the copyright in it. Copyright in the book and its artwork remains with Punit Tomar.

You may download the PDF you purchased and print as many copies as you need for your own personal and household use.

You may not resell, redistribute, upload, share, sublicense or commercially reproduce the PDF or any of its pages. Classroom, school, institutional or commercial reproduction needs our prior written permission.

Availability and changes

We may change prices, offers or the products we sell, or withdraw a product, at any time. Changes do not affect completed purchases.

Disclaimer and liability

Products are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
