Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital products

Our direct-store products are downloadable PDF files delivered immediately after payment. Because a digital file cannot be "returned", orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been confirmed and the download is available. Please read the product page carefully before buying; a free sample is provided where available.

When a refund may be approved

Because the file is delivered instantly, refunds are not automatic or unconditional. We review each request and will refund where, for example:

• you were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment);
• your payment was debited but the order or download was not successfully confirmed, and we cannot resolve it;
• we failed to give you access to the PDF you purchased;
• the file is materially corrupted or unusable because of a problem on our side and we cannot provide a working replacement; or
• a refund is otherwise required under applicable law.

How to request a refund

Please write to [[support email address]] within [[7]] days of purchase, quoting your order number and the email you used at checkout, and describe the problem (a screenshot helps). We will review it and reply. If you contact us later than this, or the issue is one that must be addressed under applicable law, we will still consider it in line with your legal rights.

When a refund may not be available

A request based only on a change of mind, after the PDF has been successfully delivered or accessed, would not ordinarily qualify for a refund, subject always to your rights under applicable consumer-protection law.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds for payments made through PayU are sent back to the original payment method through PayU; we cannot refund to a different account or method.

Once an approved refund is initiated through PayU, the time for the amount to reflect in your original payment method depends on PayU, your payment method and your bank. PayU states that refunds typically take 5–21 days to reflect, although some banks or payment methods may take longer. This is the payment-provider and banking processing time; it is separate from the [[7]]-day window above, which is only the period in which to send us a refund request.

Access after a refund

When an order is refunded, download access for that order is withdrawn. Please delete any copies of the file once refunded.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any point before paying by closing or cancelling on the PayU payment page; no charge is made and no order is fulfilled. Once payment is confirmed and the download is available the order cannot be cancelled (the file has been delivered), but the refund cases above still apply.

If your money was debited but the order shows as unpaid, do not pay again: contact us with your order number and we will check the transaction with PayU and either deliver your file or refund you.

This policy does not remove any rights you have under applicable Indian consumer-protection law.
