Digital Delivery Policy

What you receive

You receive a downloadable PDF file. No physical product is shipped, and there are no shipping charges or delivery times for digital purchases.

When you receive it

Delivery is electronic and normally immediate: as soon as PayU confirms your payment (we verify it with PayU directly, not just from your browser returning to our site), your order page shows Payment successful and a Download PDF button. In rare cases confirmation can take a few minutes: the page shows "We're confirming your payment" - keep it open or return to it later using your order link, and do not pay again.

How downloads work

• After a successful payment, you are redirected to a secure order page where you can download your PDF.
• Save or bookmark the order page until you have completed your downloads.
• Each time you press Download PDF, a short-lived secure download link is generated.
• Your purchase includes 5 downloads within 30 days of purchase.
• If you lose access to the order page or need help with a purchase, contact [[support email address]] with your order number and purchase email address.

Requirements

You need a device that can open PDF files (for example Adobe Acrobat Reader or any modern browser) and a printer if you want printed pages.

Problems with delivery

If payment was successful but you cannot download the file, contact [[support email address]] with your order number. We will fix the issue or refund you under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Paperback editions

Paperback books are sold and shipped by Amazon. Their delivery and returns are governed by Amazon's policies.
